Amir Ashtari

Amir Ashtari Gargari obtained his bachelor’s degree (2017) in electrical engineering from the University of Tabriz and his master’s degree (2020) in digital electronic systems from the University of Tehran, both in his born country, Iran. He received a EU horizon 2020 Marie Sklodowska-Curie Fellows grant from the MINTS project at the University of Padova to pursue his Ph.D. in information engineering (2023). From Feb-Aug 2022 he was visiting researcher in WISE group at the University of Darmstadt, Germany and from Jun-Aug 2023 he was industrial internship in Telefónica Research Center, Barcelona, Spain. In DEC 2023 He joined the OpenSim research group at CTTC as R2 researcher. His Research Interests are Machine and Deep learning, Wireless communication, modeling, and Simulations.
