Aswathylakshmi Pallathadka received her Bachelor´s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering in 2016 from the University of Calicut, India, and her Master´s and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering in 2024 from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras. She received the ANSYS doctoral fellowship for her research on massive MIMO for 5G communications. She was a visiting researcher at the Wireless Networking and Communications Group (WNCG) at the University of Texas at Austin, USA in 2022. She has several first-author publications in IEEE journals and conferences, as well as two patents. She worked on the pan-Indian Indigenous 5G Testbed Project from 2022 to 2024, as part of the team that developed a 3GPP standards-compliant 5G NR base station at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras.
She joined CTTC as a researcher in October 2024. Her research interests include wireless communication, signal processing, and physical layer design.
