Varsha Lohani joined as a Researcher in Centre Tecnològic de Telecomunicacions de Catalunya (CTTC), in September 2023. She received PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur in 2022. After PhD, She worked as a Senior Project Engineer at IIT Kanpur from April 2022 till August 2023.
She has authored and co-authored 3 Journals, 2 Book chapters and 7 Conferences. She has also written two patents, out of which one is filed and another is under review. One of her projects was funded and selected for Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) by TiHAN Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad.
Her research interests include Optical Networks, Optical Communication, and Optical Switch Design.
